How to switch Miles to Km and F to C

Hi guys!!!!
In present time i'm happy owner Honda Accord EX_L 2008 4DR USA (29000 miles).
I'm living in central Europe and distance in miles and temperature in Fahrenheit's is very unusual for me.
Please, if who know how to switch (or reprogrammed EEPROM) dashboard and climate board in Canada (the same as Europe) settings (kilometers and Celsius) tell me about how this does.
Please help me.
Thanks for all answers.

I don't believe this can be done without swapping the components.

I doubt in global swapping because Accord is it made as for USA (miles & F) as for Canada (Km & C) must had the same components. It's logical. Difference (IMHO) may be only in EEPROM. If my opinion isn't correct please tell me about it. And, if who have more information about this problem, please write to me and other owners Honda Accord 8 Gen living outside USA.

I guess it's time for you to finally learn how to read distance and temperature measurements the RIGHT way. THE AMERICAN WAY.

haha just kidding, i don't know if that can be switched...

There are only 2 options for you:

1. Speedometer conversion
Do a swap with Canadian's speedometer and climate control panel. It can be done but you need to spend money for parts.

2. Cheap way
Live with it, learn to adapt the American Miles and Fahrenheit.

buy the asian model can help also, it is in degree C and kilometers.

i think only the USA model has the miles and F. Maybe... just maybe.... if they can learn to use meters and celcius the world can be a better place, lol (jokes)

but honestly, who else using foot, farenheit, miles, besides USA?

Are you talking about the odometer? Just remember that a km is 0.6 miles. Your speedometer has kilometer ticks in slightly smaller font around the circle. Temperature gauge is pretty much at the bottom of my priorities, next to the cleanliness of my spare tool kit. I used it this weekend to see how hot it was driving to Vegas and back. Can't remember when i used it before that.

The UK still uses miles but they don't use F.

Thanks for link, but it didn't help.
My EX-L have not LPG.
I'm going to dump the EEPROM from European odometer and compare it with American. If what happens I'll let you know.
