i have a 2009 accord 2 door coupe. which paint is it?...royal blue or belize blue?

Do we need the clear coat to apply at last step? cuz I use my touch up paint NH700M for silver alabaster but it doesnt come out as nice as I want :-(

i just orders some touch up paint (12oz aerosol spray /prep solvent and clear coat) from
Automotivetouchup.com they have all your touch up needs and DIY videos
