interior roof cleaning

i have heard of the woolite/water to clean the interior roof of cars. but can someone tell me exactly the type of woolite i need to buy. A thread has woolite upholstery spray and water while others say just say woolite. But whic woolite to buy woolite complete or wollite extra dark.

And how much water and woolite to use.
PS. my interior carpet on my blk coupe is light grey.
