Acura dealerships can cut Honda keys. Just provide the information they need, unless you have the bar code tag that came with the keys that they scan for cutting.

I had one dealership saying no because it's their policy to not cut keys they don't sell, another charging $30 to cut, and another that cuts for free, but it's 30min from my house. Acura dealership right around the block from my house did it for free, so chose to do the 2min drive instead for a spare Honda key I needed cut.

I went to clairemont, mission george, and poway . those dealer refuse to cut it.

Finally cut it by locksmith $30 . Total is $43

You're gonna find yourself just constantly flipping the key when you first get it, atleast I know I sure was lol.

Picking up new Accord 2012 tomorrow and want to get switchblade key. After I get the key cut how / where do I get it programed?
