when to change transmission fluid, hard driving...

hi, what's your opinion of time interval of changing transmission fluid on my 08 lxp, I4, automatic.....i do alot of hard driving, like 0-60 from traffic light, full throttle merging highway from yield sign.....currently the car has 35k miles....has never done tran fluid maintenance...when will it get 1st transmission fluid service? then... what do i do? drain and fill...or flush????

and one more thing, the AC is not cold enough...how much does it cost to fix it...? price range..
