Does anybody else have a problem with the sound system?

Hello everyone. I've been having this problem with the sound system of my 2012 Accord coupe ex-l for almost a year now. I really enjoy the stock system of the car because it provides a nice bass, but it's not too excessive. Sometimes when I'm listening to songs with a high amount of bass on a volume of let's say 12 or 15, the bass appears to go out. I have a broad view rear view mirror in my car and the bass vibrates the mirror. I know when the bass goes out because the volume goes really low and my rear view mirror isn't vibrating as hard any more. I bought my car to a Honda dealership when I first noticed a problem over a year ago, but they said they hooked it up to a computer and couldn't find a problem. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and what was done to fix it.

the higher volume you go it cuts out the bass more and more to protect it... and this while you are driving? turn off SVC in the audio settings

Yes, but it does it randomly while I'm driving. It use to happen pretty often, but not as much any more. The bass goes out for a little while, I change songs and it usually goes back to normal. Thanks! I will try that.

What are your bass/treble/subwoofer settings? What number is your volume set at?

You are either overheating the factory amp or triggering system protection.
