04 accord I4 AT valve adjustment result

Greetings DA,
After trying to get my valves adjustment done by professionals failed, I decided to do it on my own. I called 3 different local dealers in my area to get a quote and it was way up in the sky ($200+ being lowest ). So I asked my well known mechanic to do my valve adjustment and he said I didnt need it unless something was wrong with the car.
It was the first time I did valve adjustment on any car. The whole process went rather smoothly (I was afraid at the beginning). Even bought a valve cover gasket, but ended up re-using the old one since it looked brand new, nice n clean. Before the adjustment, during idle or stops at the lights, the whole car would shake like it was on an earthquake. Turned out that all my exhaust valves was way too tight, coudln't even just slip the feeler gauge in between. The intake valves, however, appeared to be okay so I just adjusted the no.1 and let the rest be. (Not sure if I made it a bit too lose now)
After I was done, I could hear the engine sounded a little wierd. I dont know if it's normal or not. I took it for a test drive in the neighborhood and didn't feel anything out of ordinary, the whole car is so smooth, no more shaking and rumbling, just the engine's sound that scares me. I've upload it onto youtube so if anyone of you guy could give it a try, I'd really appreciate all the feedback.
BTW, the car has 114k miles on it.
To other people who's thinking about doing it, go for it, it isn't that hard at all, just make sure to get the valve cover gasket and the washers just in case the old ones are worn out. If you have any question, go ahead and post it up, I'll try my best to help

I only moved it from outside into the garage... and I let it sit for an hour or so before I worked on it. Also, it was at night so I guessed it had enough time to cooled down if it got warmed up. I think I'll have to do it again tonite just to be safe.
what's the tag for, Toshbar?

So do you think this would help the vibrations that happen at stops with the AC on? My car has 71000 miles on it.

BTW I also have an 04 silver coupe EX I4 AT ; )

Metal expand & contracts. It's recommended to do a valve adjustment when warm.

Chris: well, from what I've learnt so far, valve adjustment does have somthing to do with the shaking during idle (rough idle) and it helps in my case. BTW, kudos to the silver coupe

Mobiless: this car calls for stone cold when doing valve adjustment, so I guess I try it again tonight when it's really cool

Rszappa1: only the intake valves would make noise when it looses, the exhaust valves won't make any noise because it'll become too tight, so even if you dont hear any noise, it's always a good idea to check the clearance. My exhaust valves were way tight, I couldn't even slip the feeler gauge in them.

No no no.. You should let the engine sit overnight if possible.

I think I'm due to a follow up. This is my second try. This time I let the car stay in the garage from 6pm till 1am before start working on it. Even so, temperature wasn't much different under this Texas heat, the garage feels really warm. First thing I noticed this time is that my AEM SRI sound louder than my engine (Engine's noise's been taking over the SRI sound the whole time). Hopefully I dont have to do this again for another 30k
Here's link to youtube for sound

I find feeling the feeler gauge is the most confusing issue in this process. In some angle it feels loose, another angle it feels tight. Please let me know what y'all think .

That sounds louder/rougher then the first time. When I need to get mine done I think I'll leave it to the professionals.
