Possible Problem???

Have a 2007 SE 4 banger with 174,000 on it.. Yes that is right I drive alot. I have noticed that occasionally when you come to a stop at a light or sign especially when getting off the highway at stop I will hear a creaking/poping sound under the hood. If I put car in N or P it will go away.. put back in d and it is bak. It is not very load but happened to hear a few days ago. It is a automatic tranny. Any thought on what to look for. The car is maintained well and runs like a top..... Any comments????

cv joint possibly but you normally hear that during turns. Worn bushings or motor mounts would be my guess.
