First welcome to DA!
Second Staggering on a fwd vehicle will mainly only serve you the purpose of looks. Not much on performance wise except for cornering. Just IMO. Once again welcome!

I would second what Povy said, and more than that, adding so much unsprung weight to the car will degrade its performance notably and add enormous stress to your suspension - presuming the suspension is stock. If you ever want to go lower as well, that would be very difficult if not impossible to do at those values with no mods.
Aside from that, I think you need to consider questions beyond "how wide can the rim be", because it's not merely a matter of width. You need to consider the offset of the rim as well as the tire it will be accommodating. Generally speaking, you can change the wheels to 18's w 40mm+ offset, and run 235/40/R18 tires with no issues or mods. It also has the advantage of being the closest overall diameter to OEM. Someone else may chime in on this, but I cannot imagine a 10.5 inch rim at any offset fitting without modifications. I have seen 9.5 in the rear with rolled fenders, but I can't recall the offset value. |

Please for Christ sake don't go for a staggered setup on a FWD car. By adding more grip to the rear you are gonna make it under steer even more. And the car needs more grip in the front obviously.
To answer your question, your specs listed are on the aggressive side. You can run 8.5 in the front but do you plan on lowering? If so you will need to roll fenders. If not, then well your car is gonna look like a 4x4 monster truck. If you could tell us the offset we may be able to give you a better answer to your question.

You do seem like you want to have rims that are substantially wider than stock - and if that's the case, you could get the 18x9's and just roll the fenders up. You just need a heatgun and a rubber mallet

^what he said
The specs you listed are perfect. They will sit flush. Just make sure you roll your fenders.
