Got a call from my dealer at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos, they have them on sale already... Looks awesome in person and drives really nice... The cluster gauge is freaking sexy...

Official on sale for coupe isn't until Oct 15. But dealer might have them earlier too like with sedan. Official on sale for sedan is Sept. 19 (Wed).

SO the new accord LOST double Wishbone at the front suspension!!! WOW that's big cost and weight cutting.
Translation: Crapy ride like camry.

How come it has a J-VIN and most parts are from USA?

Stop talkin out ur ass like u know everything. Read the professional reviews on temple of vtec and see how they say the car rides really great. Go drive one when u it comes out. It will never be a camry

The drive was really smooth for the little time I test drove it... The S gear gives it a quicker takeoff the normal D gear... The steering wheel feels much easier to turn than my 8.5 Gen... I love how the leather doesn't look saggy like my car... It does come with a spare (leak shots from vtec, didn't show one when we got to see the trunk) the lower trim below the EX doesn't come with the turn signals on the side mirrors... The 8" screen is beautiful... Really well build...

Check it out for yourself if you have the chance...

Yes this car was well built. NO it doesnt feel like a cmary. I've drove the new 2012 camry se v6. I got to drive the accord sport 4 cyclinder. Wishbone or not I cant tell the difference feels good. I was impressive with the power it gave for a 185hp

Little disappointed with the DRL. They use bulb instead of LED, othere that new Accord is best.

+100
hello everyone.
I used to have 94 DX and 2002 LX accord but never was DA forum member, accidentally found this forum and decided to get membership here.
my wife want new car and since she likes my 12' camry alot I'm currently thinking about new ride. I have good memories about my accord's, especially about 94 which I bought used in 1999 with 100K on the clock and eventually it was traded by my aunt 4 years ago with 225K and leaking brake lines. repair cost was higher than retail value, so she traded for brand new corolla.
anyway, I drove 2013 accord LX for the second time today.
great car, big leap forward vs gen 8 accord. after 2002 accord I owned 2001, 2007 and now 2012 camry. all LE with some options. sorry guys, 2013 accord is nice, got lots of neat options, but it pretty short on one very important thing for me- comfort.
accord still drives rougher and much noisier than camry. my LE rides on 17" wheels. even 2.5 SE drives more comfy than accord. V-6 SE on 18" wheels drives pretty bumpy too, but it much quieter than accord. accord's driving position and seat are not that comfy either. "old fart" 2.5 camry got immediate acceleration at any speed and RPM and got better sportier and at the same time more comfortable seat with more side support, than "sportier" accord.
I picked 12' camry over 12" accord last year and I would take comfort over technology and sport yet again.
at 37 I guess I'm getting to old for honda. over all new accord is pretty neat car, but camry still is nicer and feels more homy inside and drives way more comfortable.
so hopefully for some accord would never ride as camry and hopefully for others camry would never ride as accord.
