Ugh accident...

Some idiot hit my rear bumper today. I've kept my car scratch/dent/accident free since 2009. It is so sad to see some idiot with no parking skills hit my car.. Anyways luckily i was parked 7 feet away from the CCTV filed a police report and once i get the license plate number i will make sure i get the money from the idiot that did this.

Anyway to get rid of these marks without making it look so noticeable?

Oho man I thought it was just the bottom part of the bumper that got dirty but when I scrolled down and noticed the other marks on the top I realized that I gotta clean my screen.

Lucky you didn't have the mugen rear lip on, but that would likely cover the bottom scratch, although costly. You could pocket the insurance money and get one, paid for almost like free.

doesnt look too serious.... try to buff it out... all else fails there are numerous paint chip and scratch solutions on the market that work great.... watch the speed channel for an hour ull see commercials for about 3 brands lol

Use the factory paint: http://www.bernardiparts.com/Honda-P...H578AH-PN.aspx (NH578 is Taffeta White). Obviously this just the color and you'd have to apply your own clear coat if you wanted it. It comes in a pen type dispenser along the lines of a white-out pen. I could take a picture of it if you want since I have some "just in case" ($5 and I was ordering other parts anyways).

I'd love to see a pic of the applied touch up paint thanks!

Fortunately for me I haven't had to use it yet. I may give it a shot on the bit of my bumper the floor jack damaged, but that involves being on my back and I doubt the pen applicator will work well in that position. On one of the many accord forums someone did mention that the color did t match and the speculation was this was because it's a different batch of paint with a different application (air dry vs factory bake).
