Mod Suggestions?

Hey guys. I just recently bought a 2003 Honda Accord 2.4L and I was hoping you could give me some suggestions of what I should add onto it. The first thing I'm going to do is get HID headlights. Then most likely get new rims when I have the money for it. Tinted windows; I'm 50/50 on that for now. Feel free to leave your suggestions. Thanks.

By "get HID headlights" I hope you mean a retrofit...please for the love of God do not put a tacky eBay PnP kit in your halogen reflector headlamps.

Just to give you an idea, the things that I have done to mine (07 EX-L V6 coupe) that I purchased on Aug 16th is: 30% tint all around, OEM replica painted spoiler, fog lamps, reinstalled my 10" Alpine sub system, just finished my TSX projector retrofit this past weekend, and have the '06-07 coupe front underbody spoiler being shipped as we speak Other than those things, I do not have any other plans for her as she's already perfect and sexy looking.

Just flow with your own rhythm bud and I'm sure it'll turn out looking great. The major thing that matters is that YOU are happy with your ride, not all of us on these forums

Good luck modding

In terms of looks, I've got the following:

OE-Replica lip
Morimoto MH1 retrofit (blackhoused)
Asian Grille
17 x 8 American Eagle Racing rims
Tint

I am looking into making custom LED tail lights that if done properly will look as close to OE tails from other manufacturers, IE: Hyundai Azera.

Please retrofit and not just plug in some HID kit for the respect of other drivers.

Here is a DIY on a retrofit.

Thanks, It was a bitch to get on there, required alot of modification. If I were to do it again I would look for one of those black mesh "JDM" grilles and stick an H badge in the middle, maybe matte paint the chrome piece on the hood to match. But for now I like it.

maintenance first then mods. I agree with what most people have already stated.

Avoid money wasters like sri/cai unless you like the sound of it. Same goes for exhaust. They dont add much hp maybe 1-2 and are not worth the cost. Our k24s heads is the most restrictive part.

If you want true power gains engine swap for k24 from tsk or turbo. We have lower compression so I would guess we can handle boost a little better. Enough for a modest 200-230 whp/tq.

Interior wise, upgraded radio, rubber floor/trunk mats, and led pnp lights.

Another mod is a tow hitch/bike rack if you are into hauling stuff. Also maybe led license plate bulb.
