2001 Accord EX
My 2001 Accord EX is having a problem with cooling. The fans work but only when the a/c is on. We have tested the relay, fuses, and fan motor. At this point the only thing I can think of is the temp gauge.

You need to determine if it is actually overheating or not. With the A/C off the fans should work only as needed not all the time.
