Door Lock Actuator part help!

I'm looking for the Door Lock Actuator for my '05 accord 4dr lx and I can't seem to find the right part. There's 2 that are pretty much alike the

72115-SDA-A11
and
72155-SDA-A01

Which would fit my driver's side door?

I went to http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...ONT+DOOR+LOCKS for the parts

Thanks. Will the left one work for both left side doors? And the right or both right doors? Or are the rear doors separate?
