Accord V6 vs Camry SE V6

Hi Guys!

I test drove both the EX-L as well as the Touring V6. The similarities between the Accord V6 and Camry V6 are huge. For anyone who has not driven, the SE V6 I would definitely recommend giving it a shout. I feel that Camry is smoother but devoid of the responsive feeling which you get from a Honda. But still, its a good car.

I would like to know how Accord 2013 V6 compares/competes with the Camry SE V6.

The differences between the Camry and Accord are minimal; A few features each one has that the other doesn't. However, it really comes down to your preference.

The reason I say this, I have the 2013 Accord Sport and the 2012 Camry SE (Sport Version) in my driveway. But these are the features I've noticed over time that separate them after driving both of the vehicles.

Accord Sport
Leg, head, etc room is bigger
Interior design flows more evenly
Technological features (Pandora, sms text messaging [doesn't work on iPhone])
18 inch alloy wheels
Dual Exaust

Camry SE
Moon Roof
Technological features (Tire pressure reading and a few others that I forget)
60/40 fold down rear seats

Note* These two vehicles are just the 4cyl versions however, the V6's versions are nearly identical.

It's hard to say. My gf loves her car and I love mine. But I think she's starting to like mine more

Well, about 7 years ago a team from Honda and Apple were playing a game of Counter Strike. 5 minutes into the game Apple started beating Honda and never let their loss down. Because of this Honda has always been mad at........

I'm just kidding. Honestly, I have no clue why it doesn't

I drove a co-workers new camry sport the other day. I can deff say it was smoother then my Honda but not as tight. It's kinda a trade off. I prefer alil harsher ride and a tighter feel vs a smoother ride with a looser feel. This is very minimal but still I noticed. Also I didn't like the dash where the radio is since I didn't feel it flowed well. Besides that it was nicer then I thought it would be.

I'll be darned. According to that link the iPhone 4s won't work for text messaging or emails. Not a big deal as Siri can read my texts and reply for me but I have to wonder how they let that happen.

I have a new Android 4G Rezound and it is not among the supported devices either..When I checked the list of supported devices to be able to use the SMS feature it is actually not many...I was surprised for such new phones...Almost none of them had the text, SMS feature checked off as compatible with the new Accord. This is a big mistake as far as I cam concerned. They push the SMS feature quite hard but don't tell you it is compatible with few phones....Check out their webiste and scroll down to the SMS featured being active..You see No, No, No...

I don't understand why one android phone works and others don't. I have a Galaxy S3 and it says that it doesnt work for SMS messages. I thought it was me doing something wrong but it says my phone doesnt support that. The S3 supports all BT profiles (specifically MAP).

I was thinking that it could be the stupid skins that samsung/htc/lg put on their phones on top of the Android OS, but it looks like the Nexus, which is bare bones Android, doesn't even support it.

Guys - I thought we were talking about cars and not Apples and Androids.

Which has a better drive? The reason I ask is because there are some very good discounts available on the Camry V6

1 major difference is that honda still offers MT, Camry does not. Fit and finish is better on the accord IMO. I owned a 2009 Camry SE 5 speed MT and enjoyed it, until it got stolen.
