here is what i have: magnaflow dual exhaust for the v6 7th gen accord. this exhaust splits at the axle. It may or may not be direct fit, some custom welding WILL be required, but the main point here is that it will fit on the car properly with some effort and planning. Performance: I can not speak for how your performance would be because i am running a 3.5 inch fastcat and a wider flex pipe, and a CAI and throttle body. But on my car high end performance has improved, at around 3700RPM to redline. Gas mileage: My gas mileage is slightly lower at low RPMs but better at higher RPMs. City mileage stayed at around 30MPG and highway increased to around 38MPG. Cost: Mine cost me, installed by my mechanic 1200$ but this is including the Cat which was around 250$ plus labor, and the flex pipe plus labor.. labor is the main cost because we had to weld in about 12 hangers and weld the cat to the flex, and the flex to the header, and exhaust to the cat.

Done it, did the install myself minus the welding. I screwed up one day and low balled on some mufflers from eBay. Won them andmthenjust could not let them sit there. I have the manga flows and it is a low rumble versus the fart can whine. Worth the money vs performance equals no. Cosmetics of seeing the twins equals yes.

OP, here's my car with an OEM V6 coupe exhaust. I realize this isn't EXACTLY what you're looking for but the answer is yes, it can be done. BTW, this is a k24 5MT equipped vehicle.
![]() I'm not sure which exhaust you're looking at or which model Accord you have (coupe/ sedan) but to make a dual exhaust work, there's going to have to be some custom work done. Ie. new hangers, extend the B pipe if using a coupe exhaust on a sedan, bumper cutouts, etc. Anything will work if you are willing to pay for the job. There's no need for me to restate what AllStar already said about the performance.
