The GPS works fine. Does your ex have the auto headlights with The sensor in the middle of the dash up towards the windshield? If so y o u would have to use another location. On my SE there is no sensor so I just removed the cap covering the hole (where the sensor would be) and ran my cable through and using double sided tape secured the antenna directly over the hole to cover it.

Thanks I will check later if I have that sensor or not. Now, how about the Mic? I just ordered the Myron and Davis so hopefully I can installed it by this weekend.

I ran the Mic up the driver's side pillar and then up to the sunvisor. I then clipped it on to the metal clip of my garage door remote.

Hey I putted everything together but was wondering what these wires are for?



I installed the rear camera but didnt coneect it yet. Will the camera auto go on when my gear is in REVERSE? or I have to connect something to make that do that. Please get back to me. Thnaks

The harness looks to be the one that gets connected to the myron unit with the DVD player. It should plug into the lower left corner of the unit in the rear.

As far as the reverse camera activation you need to connect the blue wire that says "Back" located in the harness noted above. This wire will need to be connected to the reverse lights. When power is sensed at this wire from the reverse lights it will activate the reverse camera. I personally ran a wire for this to the reverse light harness at the tail light. I believe that you can tap a wire up front on the drivers side but I have no idea where that is.

Thanks for the reply. Ok I will connect the blue(back) wire to the back reverse light. There is alot of other wires along with rhat blue wire, what are those for? Few more questions, There is a red wire that is attached to the camera wire(both ends), What is that wire for? Also, I notice there is 2 spare harnesss left(ACC OEM T-HARNESS) (male and female) what do I do?

Ok so I got everything to work but my DVD movie sound goes on but not the video. It says " Caution video viewing is no available while driving..and blah blah...what can I do to fix this?

It's illegal to view video while driving I will suggest you try and not bypass this. It will distract you and you can risk your life, your passengers lives and other people on the road as well.
