Actually the headlights your refering to that you make sound like junk are exactly the opposite. We are an Authorized dealer for Spec-D Tuning and that is all we sell. I suggest you take a closer look and you will find its a great product. We offer warranty and tech support as well. I just thought I would set the record straight. Often people make assumptions about something they have never seen or purchased, it's common. Like I said they are great headlights and we stand behind our product and not to mention they are a great alternative to a $1800.00 set of OEM assemblies. Some people down talk Aftermarket products made overseas but they think the OEM products they buy are great, often not knowing they are manufactured in the same place.

OK...I'm curious, Link me to what I would need for a USA Spec 2013 Accord Coupe EX-L Navi V-6 Auto. Also, point me to some factual information that would change my mind, I would love to have better eyes at night, but, not at the expense of safety to others on the road.

I'm in for a '13 Ex-L 4cyl. I am not in the market for HID but I can be. I was just planning on domes and led DRL. Briefly thought about rear LED turn signals but decided not to.

If you can be convinced, mayhap I can be too. I'll wait until the warranty is up. Any electrical issue pops up and HMC will try to find a way to deny a claim based on "intergrated" electrical systems yada yada.

I know I'm a 7th gen guy but I will vouch for Spec-D. I have a set of their lights and they provide excellent customer service and the lights are great too. They've held up very well and I get compliments almost daily.

Just my .02. proceed

If the BK in his user name stands for Brooklyn, I'm guessing the OP is busy dealing with a little hurricane.

Just curious to know where you found that information? I've looked everywhere and even called a few dealerships, but no luck.

Thanks!

Care to show us isocandela diagrams and certification papers for these lights you sell? Real ones, performed at a reputable lab. In my experience these lights are just not compliant. I've yet to come across a spec-d headlight that is actually compliant with legal specs. I've personally tested several of them and found all to be non-compliant.

The big difference between aftermarket and OEM is not always place of manufacture. It's the fact that OEM equipment is actually designed to be legally compliant. Most aftermarket lighting for the North American market is never even submitted for testing, as I'm sure a reputable vendor such as yourself would know.

None of the spec-d headlights I've tested in the lab have met any kind of certification. In my opinion they're just aftermarket junk.

How do you remove the bulb itself? Do literally force it out by pulling it out or do you twist it out somehow?
