iPhone/AUX adapter for Hybrid + NAV + XM + front DVD drive?

Hello
My wife and I were gifted her grandfather's 06 Accord Hybrid because he recently had a car accident and it was our excuse for cutting him off from driving due to his age and declined mental status. Insurance paid for all the repairs and the car only has like 75k on it. We've never owned a Honda as we're (were) a Toyota-only family, but we can't really make any complaints about the car since it was free -- but even though it seems to have everything, the one thing it doesn't have is something we would definitely want to add soon - AUX/iPhone/iPod integration.

I did a little research and found multiple plug-in devices that Accord owners have used in their cars, as well as a few videos. These would be the iSimple PAC ISHD571, the USA SPEC PA15-HON2, and the DICE kits. I think I would be leaning more toward the iSimple device since it seems there may be more users vs the others, and I saw a video where it worked great with the NAV/XM head unit.

What I did not find in all my research was any reference to installing one of these iPhone devices into a HAH with the NAV, XM, AND the front NAV DVD changer. All of the write-ups and videos are of cars with the front pocket, and I couldn't find anything regarding install on a vehicle with the DVD unit in its place. I'm can only assume that the install would be slightly more difficult for this model, and may be a situation where the "Y-harness" provided with the USA SPEC adapter (that many omit from install) might come into play?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to the forum. I'm installing an AUX adapter as well, but it's not as complex as your set-up. I don't have NAV, XM, or DVD. Best bet would be to contact iSimple, USA Spec, etc. and verify their adapters are compatible with your DVD changer. Good luck. Again, welcome to the forums.
