I don't know. Maybe someone that has tried fitting it to one will chime in. They (the brace) are hard to find avalible, so if you want to try it, you'd be able to sell it if it didn't fit.

I believe this will work on all 7th gen sedans. Not sure about coupes though. I hope someone can chime in here who has done this on an 06'. Of course, you didn't specify if you have coupe or sedan. Of course like Pope mentioned a couple post up, IF you can get your hands on one of these (and that's a big IF at the moment), if it doesn't fit, you should have no problem finding someone to take it off your hands.

Then it should fit yours. Pope listed in his first post that this is for the 7th gen sedan. Even though yours is a 7.5, I believe the sub-frame remained the same.

Yes, it will work!

I've even updated the title if this thread to include 7.5 Gen!

Exclamation One additional step

Thanks Pope, you are the man. As extra information for others: I did this simple install on my 2007 4dr V6 with a buddy and my ride started making a rattling noise afterwards (but only when I accelerated/torqued the engine).

We discovered that part of the exhaust pipe assembly was too close to the front part of the brace, and that it would rub when the engine was torqued. In particular, there were two "loops" welded onto the main pipe (kind of on either side of the catalytic converter, i think) which hung down a couple inches and caused a conflict. We took it to a shop and the mechanic pulled up the service schematic for the exhaust system—but those loops weren't part of the drawing, and we couldn't imagine what they would be used for (maybe something during manufacturing?)—so we decided to remove the one in contention. He sawed it off in about 1 minute. Now my ride is smooth and quiet again!

Hope this helps someone else. Thanks again for beautiful the howto.

Cheers!

Your welcome invsblduck.

It's been a while and I haven't went back thru this post, but I'd like to know if anyone has tried this on an Accord Coup. If so, please post up what your results were, as I'd like to go back thru this entire post to update it and to clean it up.

Thanks!

Just installed this on my 7.5 V6 sedan. Took a month and a half for the part to come from Japan. Pope's instruction is awesome. Along with with HFP suspension, TL 22mm anti-sway bar, and V6 coupe 3-point front upper strut tower bar, I would say cornering flatness improved by 20%.

The only thing I would add is that I overcomed the small M8 bolts at 20ft-lb already with my medium scale torque wrench. So I didn't go with the 24ft-lb spec, I went with 22 instead.
