Deals on 2007

What are the best discounts right now on a 2007? I might consider going with a 2007 EX V6 with Navi but, I don't know how much under invoice I could get. Anyone???

Where did you see that price? Is it for a V6 with Nav? If so, I'd jump on that ASAP!

The number's I'm seeing are about $25k for a 2007 V6 with Nav.

Cheers,
Steve

Your best approach would be to solicit internet quotes from local dealers. Check their inventory first to see if they have models you might be interested in.

I was quoted $21,300 for an EX-L I4, no navi. So figure at least $4,200 under MSRP.

It a NON-NAVI model. 07 Navi ones are getting rare(r) now so they may call a premium, but V6 are available a plenty and there a tons of deals to be had

Those are some sweet deals!

It feels like Scott Honda pocketed an extra $1,000-$1,500 from my deal back in July.

I'm assuming you mean an EX-L V6 with an auto tranny?

According to Edmunds, the invoice on that is $26,627 + $635 destination. So $27,262 total.

I've heard/read of people getting at least $2000 below invoice.... so $25,262 or better.

$24,000 shouldn't be a problem if your dealer has a lot of them sitting on the lot (like mine does).... point that out to them. Just tell them that they lose more and more money the longer they sit out there unsold. Even better yet, wait til the end of the month.

Quick Question - Doesn't Honda sell the cars to Dealers for less when the new model comes out? To kinda balance out the discounting?

Don't know about getting them for less, but they probably do get bigger holdbacks and special factory to dealer incentives/bonuses.

I mean, my dealer has a ton of '07s. And they said they have a warehouse with even more. They must've been getting something extra out of it.

Wrong forum (search 7th gen)

I don't think Honda is discounting the 07s as much as they could. I'm hearing $21,500 on an EX-L. I was quoted the same price in 2006 (or maybe $22K). You'd think they'd be dumping them for $19K being the end of the year. If I could have picked up an EX (no leather) for $17K I would have bought brand new. Since that wasn't happening ($19,200 was best quote), I ended up going used. That was in early September.

My parents purchased a new EX-L (black/black) for 21,000 flat today. I think it was a pretty good deal, especially since the color & interior combination is rare. They had plenty of SE models (both V6 and 4cyl), but only 4 EX-Ls left. Plenty of EX-L V6 and EX-L V6 Navi's, too -- i think about 10 total.
