Non Slip Foam Pads '08 Accord

Hey Guys,

A few days ago I purchased a complete set of these non-slip foam pads on ebay, a seller named PadsPlus. I just finished installing them on my 2008 Accord LX-P. So far so good, they provide protection to the flat surfaces such as the storarge bins, glove box, cup holders, etc. Here's a few pics.

That's a nice item to have. I'm definitely buying a set for my 7th gen ASAP (probably won't use all the pieces though). I usually put my wallet and cell phone (among other things) in my cup holder so hopefully these will prevent some scratching. Maybe I'll make my own to save some $$. Can't be too hard I guess.

Just wanted to drop off some positive feedback for Wilson Wong's non-slip pads. I had a set for my Pilot and was so pleased with them that I immediately purchased a set for the Accord. For those bins with no lining, they keep things from rattling, vibrating and moving around. The fit is perfect, everything is very well labeled and Wilson provides excellent customer service in the odd event you have a problem (one of the pads for my Pilot tore when I tried to remove the backing from it - Wilson immediately sent me a replacement with no fuss at all).

There are a few bins that already have pads (at least on my '07), but these do a great job of adding additional protection in some places, while keeping other places (like the door pockets) "rattle free". Highly recommended.

These are a little different. I bought these for my pilot from another Pilot owner, wwong, that started selling them on hondapilot.org and he is the same seller on ebay. These are made from a 3M material with a padded nonskid and a stickly backside. The wife loves them b/c she can throw a lof of items in the center of the Pilots console and have them stay in place and also not vibrate and rattle with every bump. Just wanted to give him and the pads themselves a thumbs up . I dont have them on my Accord yet, just b/c I havent really been annoyed yet by anything sliding or vibrating.

Here is a link to his products on hondapilot.org

I put felt pads on mine. I think they were like $1.50 a sheet at Michael's. I used a sheet of newsprint to make a pattern and then placed that over the felt pad, traced it out, and cut. Perfect fit too.

Looks like the person hand cut them or something too.

Now that I've seen this guy post this same exact thing on other Honda Forums I think it's SPAM. He opened up on the others with this as his first post......a little unusual.

I don't think so. I opened up the pics he put up of his 08 accord, it DOES have NC plates. The seller on ebay is not in NC

Nope, he introduced his product for the Pilot (I used to have an 05) over on HondaPilot.org. They were so popular that he started making them for other vehicles. I was so happy with them that I bought a set for my Accord. I have nothing to do with him (you'll noticed that I'm from the East coast and Wilson is from the West coast).

You know why i think some f our cars don't have it, but others do??
Because some thieves "SALESPEOPLE" took them out and sold them on eBay.
It may sound dumb, but it CAN BE true...
