Problem with 2001 Accord Emission Readiness Codes

I had trouble getting car through PA Emission inspection. After disconnecting battery in April computer had only reset 5 of the 7 codes causing the check engine light to flash 5 times before going off.

Symptoms:

Air fuel ratio sensor monitor code and EGR Monitor code were NOT set.

OPD2 gave NO codes on Modis

Coolant temp was 58 deg C. and as I remember it should have been 62 deg C.

Wasted 3 days and 1/2 tank of gas driving car in various driving conditions (OEM Drive Cycle) - steady throttle, 50 - 70 mph and coming to complete stop, etc but still only 5 of 7 readiness codes etc, etc, - while contributing to the Earth's GreenHouse gases.

The Problem:

With Throttle plate "Closed" the TPS voltage was 0.63 volts and the HONDA spec calls for 0.50 volts.

The Fix:

Removed throttle body and tamper proof screws; Reset TPS voltage to 0.51 volts. Reinstalled Throttle body body and road tested.

O2 monitor ran almost immediately and the EGR was reset the following day.
