Signal Fuse or Switch?

I have a 2004 Accord. Recently, both the front and rear blinkers on the driver’s side have stopped working. They neither work when I signal nor when I turn on my hazard lights. Additionally, the flashing arrow in my dashboard does not light up for the driver’s side.

I doubt very much that both bulbs burned out at the exact same time. So, is it a problem with a fuse or do I have a problem with my switch in my steering column? The mechanism in the column sounds like it is functioning as it clicks on and off normally. If it is a problem with the switch, how hard is it to replace? Is it a matter of removing the cover, or would it require a mechanic to remove or disassemble the column?

Thanks for your help.
