Hit the sidewalk curb got a flat tire

Yesterday, I was teaching my GF how to drive. I knew it was a bad idea but she had already gotten couple of lessons so she just had to practice, or so I thought. While she was making a U-Turn she failed to brake and drove straight into the sidewalk curb and puntured the side of passenger side tire. I did get the new tire and it drives fine but should I have it in the shop for alignment? Car hit the curb hard enough to punture the tire, could there other parts thats damaged. What do you guys suggest?

Yep. Alignment and make sure that wheel is still straight. Alloy doesn't bend as much as it cracks though.
