I am not sure that my noise is that particular noise. I don't think it lasts long enough (2 seconds).
My noise sounds like a chatter or grind (maybe from the starter) that last for about a 0.5 to 1.0 seconds, with a brief delay between the key release and the start of the noise.

vtec actuator, there is a service call for this problem, i had mine replaced over 2 years ago, no problem since, www.autobeef.com
