Courtesy lights on the rear doors?

I have an 05 EX-L , 4cyl. I have white courtesy lights on the front doors. On the rear doors I have only red reflectors, no lights behind them. I first noticed this when I got the car and thought perhaps bulbs where never installed in the rear, or burned out, so I carefully removed a red reflector on one of the rear doors and found a hole for a socket but no socket or bulb. I keep thinking, why would Honda put the holes for a socket, but no socket or bulb?

This made me wonder if the 05 V6 has courtesy lights on the rear doors?
