I got 09 sedan EX, rattles a lot for a new car. Mines is coming from the center console, front passenger door and the most annoying is the one from the area of the auto shifter. It rattles and creaks even with the smallest vibrations. Wish i know how to fix it myself without making it worst.

Have you thought of having someone sit there while you drive to try to pinpoint where it is coming from?

Since we don't know you or have never ridden in your car, how would you expect us to know where your rattle is coming from?????????

Because someone might have similar rattles and can help out where its coming from and possibly a fix? Theres no need to be such an ass and post trolling comments like this. Anyways, the rattle could be coming from the passenger seat itself. If it doesn't rattle when someone is sitting in the passenger seat, then its the seat itself.

Wow, the more I see posts in this forum, the more I think I made a mistake joining here Why is everyone so pissy? Bunch of disrespectful internet punks.

To the OP...best idea is as said above...have one of your friends ride with you, take a rough road and see if they can pinpoint exactly where its coming from. Once you have a solid location you can take it to the dealer, explain and recreate the issue, and have them fix under warranty. Best of luck.

Not being an ass at all.

I want the OP to think about how to solve the problem himself.

I have rattles too. It seems like its coming from the passenger side too. There is nothing but papers in the glove around that area.

Instant gratification seems to be a real problem these days. Whatever happened to deductive reasoning, investigation and common sense?

Imagine some modern folks traveling in a Conestoga wagon, searching for the west coast. "Excuse me Mr. Indian, where is the nearest Cracker Barrel?

The US Government is setting the example.

Walala - I may have the same rattle in my '09 coupe. At first I thought it was coming from the passenger rear. I had someone ride with me and they thought it was coming from the driver side rear. Later I listened more carefully and it sounds to me like it's coming from the sunroof or dome light area. Sounds like a loose plastic clip or something in there.

Kayzle - My '09 coupe was silent until around 3000 miles. Now at 6500 miles I have a rattle from the sunroof, a creaking/buzzing noise from the rear of the car, and a squeaking from the navi/dash area. My Accord interior makes more noise than my old '97 Civic did at 150000 miles. I'm not ready to let the dealer root around in my interior without a TSB for these issues. Other than the noises I absolutely love my Accord! It's a pleasure to drive.

Rattle

Had my 09 for a few days and developed a "squeaking" coming from the passenger side when going over rough roads. It was coming from under the seat...sprayed some lubricant and so far so good...
