Is it possible to mod auto up/down window on LX-S coupe09?

hi I have 09 coupe lx-s which does not have auto up/down passenger's window. Is it possible to setting w/o change switch or wires? I checked the manual that resetting of auto up/down window. Anybody done/tried this?

No. The switch would need to be changed out at the very least.

I looked into this also. You can mod it as far as I can tell. Based on part numbers you would need to change out both the Master and Assistant switches to make it work like the EX/L. The part numbers are different between the LX-S and EX/L. You "may" also need to change out the window power regulator in the right door since it too has a different part number for the EX/L.

Here is the link for the part numbers for the EX/L. You would need numbers 2 and 3 for switches. The wires should be the same as the logic should be built into the switches and regulator.

Assuming the wiring is compatible you are looking at spending approximately $350 to get the auto up/down on the passenger side not including your time or someone else to install it. I decided it was not worth it.

You may or may not have to change out the regulator. The only way to tell is to look at someones car who has and EX/L and see if the part number is the same. The switches will definitely have to be changed out since the LX-S does not have the double detent switches for the passenger window.

The reason I am not sure on the regulator is that you can use the remote to make both windows come down. I was going to try just purchasing and installing the Master switch since if it works it would allow the driver to auto up/down the passenger window. This would be good enough for me. I just do not want to spend $100 to find out.
