tiny light on seat heater switch not working

This may be very minor problem but I am not sure how to fix. I have a 06 V6 coupe with leather seats. I noticed the other day that when I put on the seat heater switch on high that the little light does not light up. However, it does light up when I put the switch on low and also works fine on both high and low on passenger side. Both seats will both heat up properly on either high or low. If this is a big deal ($$$) to fix I will just live with it but if its minor and I can fix myself then I will do it. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix? Seems minor , I know, but it just bugs me.

Change the bulb, which will be a bit of an effort since you have to pop the console cover to get to the bulbs.

My driver side seat light (not the hi/lo indicators) bulb has been burned out for 6 months now, I just can't be bothered now, no time to fix something cosmetic and has no functional effect on the seat heater operation.

Thanks for the info, I thought it was just a bulb but wasn't sure. Seems like I should be able to take care of this myself and won't have to pay someone.

It is no effort at all. Just pull the trim panel with your hand. Unplug the heated seats and remove the switch with a screwdriver. Go to any Honda parts site and bulbs are all listed under the Switches category. The heated seats used two kinds of bulbs. One larger bulb is for the button illumination and one smaller bulb (x2) is used for the on/off indicators.

Interesting. My friend has an '04 coupe and he was mentioning to me about his driver side seat warmer bulb was burnt. I just noticed I have the same issue. I just find it strange this occurs only on the driver side.

Or it can happen only on the passenger side, like in my case. Then the sunroof bulb and TCS bulb burned out too. Bulbs get old, they burn out. Thankfully they are very easy to buy and replace.
