Changing to Synthetic Oil

Hello everyone, I recently bought a 2007 Accord SE Sedan. Got it from a Honda dealer, 37k miles - just came off a lease.

I'm planning on making some upgrades to the car, haven't decided completely what I want to do yet, but I do want to change my oil and ATF to synthetics. I've been reading posts on this board for a few weeks and it seems like there are a lot of well informed people providing advice and tips/tricks, it's great to read everything. I've tried searching for the answer to this question but haven't found it. I apologize if it has been covered before - but I must have gone through a few hundred posts...

I'm going to change the oil to Mobil 1 5w-20. Picked up 5 quarts today at Walmart for $23.50 +tax. Good price?

I think I'll use the Purolator PureOne filter. Amazon.com seems to have great prices, but I wasn't sure which model # my Accord needs.

Anyway, my main question is: Do I have to do anything special when changing from dino to synthetic? I don't have to do a drain/refill like when you change the ATF, right? I can just drain the old and put in the new?

I appreciate any help that can be provided. Thanks!

No. Just drain the old oil and pour in the new stuff.
