You blew a fuse. Look down in the engine bay and the foot-wells, or check your manual if you're not sure.

On the left side under the steering column there is a fuse box and one under the hood.

Just get a flashlight and look at the fuse. If you can tell it's burnt or if the filament is broken, that's your fuse.

okay so the outlet next to the ashtray is called:
Front Assessory Power Socket-on the driver's side

the outlet in the middle console is called:
Rear Assessory Power Socket-on the passenger's side

Now i dont see where the radio fuse is labeled and im looking at the online manual too. is it under another name?

Did you even read the manual I linked above?

Radio, Page 376
Fuse #15 Backup, 10A
Location: Under-hood fuse box

Power Outlets, Page 377
Fuse #23 Front Accessory Power Socket, 15A
Location: Driver's Side

I don't mean to be rude, but as the old adage says, teach them how to fish rather than giving them the fish. Please replace the fuse with the correct Amperage. Hope you can fix your problem!

Check Fuse #12 in the Passenger's side Fuse box as well. It's for the power socket in the console (your arm rest)

You have a blown fuse somewhere, you just need to start looking at all of them, not just where people guess. Look at the bigger main fuses too.

I'm assuming you didn't install the amp yourself, you might ask the people who installed it what circuit they tapped into.
