Quiet tires please!

Hi all,

I have a 2008 Honda Accord Coupe LX-S.

What is the quietest tires out there? I don't care about handling, gripping, holding or whatever. LOL I don't usually drive fast. But I will be traveling to snowy places

So what's the quietest tires? Oh, and I don't want to spend a fortune as well
Probably US$120/tire is the max!

Thank you very much.

For that price point,

- Sumitomo HTR A/S P01
- Continental ExtremeContact DWS

If you can spend a bit more, Goodyear Comfortred and Bridgestone Turanza Serenity cannot be beat when it comes to quietness.

P.S. Please stop screwing with my link, Autoguide

Yokohama EnVigor and General Altimax are also very quiet and good values. Conti DWS was my first choice when I bought these but the Contis were stocked out.

The Cooper CS4 Touring H/V has the highest "quiet" rating possible. Of course this is a manufacturer rating so take it with a grain of salt. Priced in your budget also. My dad has had them on his 07 Camry for a year and is very pleased with them. Ran $450 installed - $50 Visa rebate card = $400.

Unfortunately there are defects with every tire brand out there. Some just have more than others.
