CEL came on, what could be the problem?

Took it to Autozone to scan it. Here's what I got:

Troubleshooting P0134

Definition-
A/F sensor 1 heater system malfunction
Probable Cause-
-Open or short circuit condition
-Poor Electrical Connection
-Faulty A/F sensor 1

A few days ago, the CEL came on, I checked the engine, and the air filter of my CAI came off. So I guess that was the problem, but the thing is, I couldn't get into until I came home, so I probably drove a good 50-75 miles before coming home.

I put it back on, and the CEL was still on. Then I cleaned the MAF sensor and disconnected the battery, and the CEL went away. 20 miles later, it comes back on. So this time I checked both o2 sensor and primary sensor, both are good. So I disconnected the battery again and connected it (this time I made sure it was tight, because it said it could be poor electrical connection) anway this time it was better, went about 50 miles...... then BAM, it turns on again.

Any help is appreciated! Thank you.

I read some where on a DIY forum for a test pipe that he ran into this issue with the CEL. That it didnt come on right after they installed it, but a little while later.

Assuming it's because of the filter coming off, have you checked the throttle body? I highly doubt that's the cause, but you never know.

A guy at V6 said it was the primary sensor since it said sensor bank 1. Should I go ahead and replace it? Should I try a seafoam treatment?

Well, it's a sensor for sure. It's either your primary oxygen sensor or the Air/fuel ratio sensor, which according to Google, is a separate and more expensive sensor.

I had this problem after I changed an air filter before. A vacuum line came disconnected from the air box when I took it off to swap the filter. I did the same things as you cleaned the maf and cel went off for 20 mins or so. Then I noticed a vacuum line had came disconnected. Check all vacuum lines from the throttle body to the air box.

So I bought a code reader, it's actually a P1157 code.

Same thing having to do with A/F sensor, should I go ahead and replace it?

Sounds like the right thing to do, yes. Let us know how it works out.
