Check Engine Light - 2003 V6 Sedan EX
After reading several threads on how to interpret my CEL, I jumped the OBD connection. It came back with what was either 14 or 15 long blinks, followed by 2 quick blinks.
Based upon info I have received from the internet, there is no code 142, 152, or 15. Thus, I believe I'm getting code 14, which is IAC valve issue. I have no idea wtf that is, or how to fix it. If it's just a sensor that plugs into something, sweet. It's been on for about a week now, and the car seems to run fine. I don't want to ignore the issue any longer. Is this a 'weekend warrior' job, or is this a 'take it to the shop and pay for it' type of deal? |

You have OBD II. Get an OBD II scanner or go to Autozone to check the code.
