I looked into what it would take to do this, and it's more complicated than just swapping out the hubs. You'd need to change the swingarm assy, hoses, all the brake HW, etc. Basically, it's not worth it unless you have access to a donor car.
On another note, unless you are racing the car, you don't need disks in the rear. Also, there are some benefits to having drum brakes, such as low maintenance (self adjusting, and often last ~100k miles!), no wheel dust

, and less corrosive wheel action (from dust). Take a look at aluminum wheels that weren't rotated often, and the ones that had the brake dust on them always look beat down.
