whistle sound coming ????

Ive noticed a whistling sound coming from the engine bay when I drive the car. It starts out very low then as I give acceleration and the gear is about to change the sound becomes a little louder and when it changes it goes back down to a low sound. I cant really figure out if it is the tranny or the engine. But the tranny has been replaced under the honda extended warranty about 14k ago and i am 2k out of warranty.
I am kind of annoyed and worried about the whistle.

Thanks in advance

I get a similar Whistling noise when when I accelerate the car during city driving. It's loud at first but as the RPMS go up it goes away. When on the highway and going like 120km/h a light tap on the pedal causes a whistling noise, but goes away when I give it more gas.

It sounds a lot like the intake, anyone know a fix for this?

Could it be transmission?

Thanks!
