Just noticed that my driver side fog light bulb has stopped working. Thought it would be easy to replace but I am having issues. Cannot find an access panel for servicing the light. Am I supposed to remove the entire wheel well shroud to complete this replacement? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. This is our 4th Accord and I have never had to replace this bulb.

Pop 3 or 4 fasteners at the front of wheel well liner and you should be able to pull it back far enough to get to the back of the foglight.
