Vossen 20x9

Hi, i have seached all over and can't find a strait answer,

Will 20x9 Vossen VVS-CV1 Concave Matte Silver/Machined fit on 08 accord
2d without any modification done to the car? Site below says it will fit but
garage said i would need "work" done for it to fit properly.
