HVAC woosshhh sound

Yes, I did a search. I am getting an intermittent woosshhh sound from my HVAC. It sounds like the gentle tide coming in. After 3 visits dealer replaced expansion valve part #80221-TAO-A01. I am still getting the sound. Dealer said there was an obstruction in the valve [which was my first suggestion]. Would an obstruction in the drain hose be a cause, or the evaporator?
Sound is best heard on AUTO setting at low fan speed. Higher fan speed will drown out sound.

The noise is coming from the expansion valve. What the valve does, is at a predetermined temperature, it opens up and allows refrigerant to enter the evaporator, then closes when the evaporator reaches a predetermined cooling point. The noise you hear is the refrigerant passing through the expansion valve, which is similar to a light air rush noise. There is nothing wrong with it. My car does the same, as does many other cars that aren't Hondas.
Problem is, nowadays they've dampened interior noise in cars to the point where you can pretty much hear a pin drop on the ground. Side effect is, the noises you never heard 5-10 years ago which are normal car noises during operation ( expansion valves opening and closing, electric blend door motors opening and closing, etc ) are now apparent and more noticeable. I notice it too. Especially during the times when I drive with the radio off, the A/C on, and the blower motor on low speed. You've got to give it to Honda, they do build a quiet car. Almost too quiet, cause now I hear all the squeaks, rattles, and noises!

Appreciate the reply. Does everybody hear this noise? I don't believe so, I didn't for the first 2 1/2 years I owned the car [bought new].
I still think there may be a restriction in the drain hose, much like a cholesterol buildup in the arteries. There was gunk in the expansion valve.
