• Stoptech 330mm cross drilled rotors with red 4 piston calipers.
• Rear cross drilled Stoptech OE fit matching rotors.
• Steel brake lines and Stoptech Street Performance Pads (70% wear left)
Engine-Exhaust:
• P2R Throttle Body Spacer – improved throttle response and small hp gain
• Takeda Short Ram intake system – 13hp gain, improved sound and throttle response
• ATLP J-Pipe and 3rd cat delete – improved low rpm, less restricted flow, 15hp gain
• Magnaflow Catback Exhaust – Dual Exit, 4 inch tail pipe, improved flow and sound, 4hp gain
• SprintBooster – adjustable electronic throttle response (Factory, Sport, and Race settings).
Lighting:
• Headlights: Honda s2000 Xenon HID projector retrofit with TSX-R lenses, 55w HID D2S ballasts and bulbs. Beautiful cutoff beam and excellent wide lighting pattern. Replaces factory Halogen projectors. Blacked out interior reflector shroud not in use by headlights. Audi and BMW styled Day-Time Running lights. 40 surface mount LEDs custom fit around low beam projectors (angel eyes) and along top portion of headlights (audi). All custom built, on interior of light housing and safe guarded by a 3 second startup delay and 12v regulators. Will not function without car running and can be operated by a switch. DRL fuse pulled without warning indicator to disable low voltage high beam DRL function. All can be returned to stock look. Has been working flawlessly for 3 years without any LED burnouts.
• Tail Lights: Factory style look with LED lighting. Very bright and much improved over stock incandescent bulbs. No chrome strips like other aftermarket kits. Very clean.
• Interior: Full Interior LED lighting kit with blue LED ambient floor lighting. Very subtle and clean.
• Exterior: DC5 style side marker turn signals, with Amber LED lighting. LED side view mirror mounted puddle lights, working with interior lighting and doors.
Audio:
• Headunit: Factory Navigation, 6 disc MP3 XM radio
• JL Cleansweep – cleans up sound from preamps before re-amplification to new JL slash 2 amps. Includes volume knob for fine tuning but factory volume and steering wheel mounted controls work. Includes calibration disc and instructions.
• 6 speaker – JL speaker system and wiring replacement throughout (component and coax)
• Sub – 8 inch ported slimline JL sub speaker. Excellent response and nice bass with adjustable frequencies. Includes volume knob specific to sub level adjustments.
• Amps – JL amps. 300w 4 way (300/4v2) plus 250w single channel (250/1v2) for sub. 550 watts, very clean and stable.
• Other: Factory rear deck mounted sub was removed. Rear deck and door panels were lined with acoustic paneling for sound isolation.
Wheels-Suspension:
• Winter: Stock 18 inch alloy with Toyo Garret KX winter performance tires. Excellent condition. Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) included. Excellent winter traction with winter tires and traction control and electronic braking assist.
• Summer: Axis Elite staggered 19 inch. 8.5 inch front and 9.5 inch rear. With Toyo T1R ultra high performance summer tires. 245/40ZR19 front, 275/35ZR19 rear. TPMS included. With 10mm spacer up front and 15mm rear spacer for flush look. Tires are in excellent condition.
• Suspension: Honda Factory Performance (HFP) Sport Tuned Suspension, 1 inch drop, improved handling and cornering. Rear 21mm UltraRacing swaybar and new end links. SPC single rod camber adjustment kit.
Cosmetic:
• Shifter – s2000 weighted 6 speed shift knob with red lettering and stitching, countersunk for 1 inch lower shift lever height. Black leather boot and red stitching. Comptech short shift adapter for 40% reduction in throws.
• Ebrake – leather boot, matches shifter
• Pedals – Custom Aluminum “Accord” moniker pedals with Honda “H”.
Other:
• New Battery
• New Windshield
• Synthetic oil changes
• Complete single shop maintenance – Okotoks Honda

Paper seems to be the easiest for most people, but it doesn't have to be. You could, for instance, spray paint the info onto a wall and park your car next to it if that'd be easier for you. Watermarking wouldn't work since I could grab an image off the interweb and put a water mark on it.

It's just to verify that you actually own the item for sale. That's all.

WOW! Your selling your car I remember this car since day 1, If I'm correct this car was the first one to have BBK's up front and L.E.D and a bunch of other mods. What are your plans next?
