2006 4dr Accord EX-L - Leak on front passenger floor

The carpet on the front passenger side where the seat rail next to the door ends has been getting wet during the rainy S. Florida weather. I have unable to locate the source. There doesn't seem to be any drips coming from the roof or windows. When I open the passenger front door, I notice that there is a lot of water build up on the door sill.

I looked under the car to see if there was a visible hole, but haven't seen one. I just can't find where it's coming from. Right now, I have a microfiber towel stuffed in the opening of the carpet where the seat rail attaches to the floor to try and soak up the water before it spreads to the carpet.

Anyone have any ideas?
