I haven't installed that module but I did have there window roll up module and it worked flawlessly for 5 years. I have electronic beep now but that's something I rigged up to my remote starter. A member here made his own module with a buzzer and relays for way less than KP. I forgot his username since he hasn't posted in a while.
If you simply don't want to hear the horn honk, you can always just press the lock button once. Pressing it twice does nothing but honk the horn.
