Condensation on A/C vents

So today I turn on my car and throw on the A/C for approximately 8 minutes while my car is idling. Since I finally figured out that doing this was simply a complete was of gas, I turned my car off and left the windows down. I walk away and come back to my car after a few minutes and notice heavy condensation over the center vents. I mean, dripping wet condensation.

This is more than likely just a consequence of the circumstances but has anyone else ever noticed this? Just wondering.

Thanks Mike! I guess the 90 degree heat mixed with 80% humidity will do that! Outside feels like a sweaty sock today!
