For anyone who has bought a seat cushion to alleviate the back/leg pain: what did you wind up with? I bought a Wondergel but it has 2 flaws that I can't live with for $50.
One, it is too small. Were it an extra 2 or 3 inches tall and wide, it would be perfect, but I can't get a fully comfy position on it. Two, the heat issue. They make it very clear that if you sit on it when the gel is 105 degrees or warmer, and it deforms, then no warranty, no refund. I'm not going to carry the stupid thing in to work with me every day, and we are still getting 100+ heat index days regularly. So, it is going back, but what is a viable replacement? I'm getting pain in my left leg while driving more often, and I can't afford to buy new seats right now. Please tell me what works for you. Thanks!

Donno exactly the shape of your cushion, as for having a bottom or just adding cushion to the seat back.
I see a lot of East Indians with bead cushions in Accords of various generations (Mostly Gen 6). They do tend to keep their posture proper while driving, so that may help for you.
