2013 Accord Sport Lug Nuts

Does anyone know the lug nuts size on Sport 18'' rims? I assume they are different from LX and EX models.

Why would they be different?

12x1.5 thread size. Ball seat.

Don't over think it.

Slight off topic:
I ordered snows/wheels from Tire Rack. They said the lug locks I was also ordering can be used both with the snows wheels and the OEM wheels. They were tapered seat like the lug nuts that came with the snow wheels. I took off one lug form the OEM wheels, it was ball seat. I had to order a second set of lock nuts from college hills.

I'm looking at getting wheel locks as well. Apparently there are two different kinds, exposed and unexposed. What's the difference between the two, and which one did you get?

I ordered exposed and are in shipping. College hills has a video about the difference but I can't find the video now.

According to my tape measure, they are 1 inch to the top of the ball seat and 1 1/4 inch to the bottom of the ball seat.

Thanks for the info! I guess a dealer confused me, he told me that they have 2 different wheel lock sets -- for LX and non-LX models -- 08W42-SNA-100(exposed) and 08W42-SCV-101(unexposed). Comparing those 2, i didn't see any difference fit-wise.

I am talking about the socket that goes over the lug. Is it still a 19mm (3/4")?

Looking up on Honda's site, locking lug nuts are almost 100$(installed I guess) and on a store's web site (Canadian Tire) there are set that are 20-30$, as far as I can tell. Im not a mechanic or anything, but I can change a tire, is a generic set of the right dimension just as good as the triple-the-cost-Honda brand?

Ive never used those, do you keep the extension metal thing on your keyring?

Better, IMO.

Lock key is on the big and heavy side and there's no hole for key ring. Not sure you'd want to have that in your pocket all the time, but you could if you wanted to. Most people hide it in their car or put in glove box, center console, trunk, etc.

Exposed locks are type that you can see when they are on the wheel. You can see the pattern of the lock. Unexposed locks types are just the opposite, you can't see them on the wheels
