Myron and Davis MV8ACC1 $329 / $379 Free Ship

FYI.....

Just installed one of these systems in my 2012 Accord SE and yes, they are the real deal directly from Myron and Davis. Not sure what the deal is????? Are they clearing these out for new models? Clearing out inventory?

Whatever the reason, I think theses are unbelievable prices for what you get.

The one here listed for $329 is just the MV8ACC1
http://www.ebay.com/itm/ACCORD-FACTO...item1c2c1485ae

This one is for the MV8ACC1 with the back-up camera and the ipod/sat cable Included.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/ACCORD-FACTO...item1c2c07e883

I did the install myself and while the install instructions are not the best and it takes some time but I am very happy with the install. The only thing I have left is the Back-up Camera.

Installed the Sirius Sat with the use of the IPS01 and a Sirius SCC1 tuner box. Initially it appeared that the Sirius wasn't working but I called M and D Tech Support and THEY ARE AWESOME!!! They had me go in the car and we went through some things and they had me go into a hidden menu and reset a few things, reset the unit and all is GOOD

So anyways...... If you do not have a NAV system and have been thinking about it, now is the time to jump on it and get this one.

Just thought I would share

Does this model default to 65 degrees on startup like the Fahrenheit? Would you mind doing a video tour/review?

My 2012 as does not have dual climate control. This unit comes with 2 different harnesses, one for premium and one for non-premium.

Here is an install video of a rosen system which is basically the same.

Here is video of a brief demo of t his unit.

That's a really great deal....I have the Farenheit unit and I paid $580 for mine and it didn't even come with a DVD play.... I should of waited!!!! But after viewing the demo video I like the graphics/interface on the Farenheit version better.....but still a great deal and I'm semi jealous...lol

When first saw the system on eBay, I truly thought it was a scam because of the sheer price. I said what the neck and ordered it.

It arrived brand new and in a sealed package. It was shipped directly from Myron and Davis and then I checked the domain from where I received an emailfrom the seller and it belonged to the parent company for Myron and Davis. As legit as it can get.

It would be nice to be able to edit the main/home screen to only show the devices or features that you use. For the price I just cannot complain.

Did You order the one for $329 or $379? If I had the option for the one with the backup camera and iPod / satellite cable at $379 I would have done that as it is a great deal. The cable itself retails for $50.

The Bluetooth on the system has worked very well. The wife loves it and it works great. Definitely watch the rosen install video prior to install as the myron and davis directions are not that great.

I think that you will get the camera as the auction has the following
"CLOSE OUT PRICE $379.00 with FREE SHIPPING
plus.....

BONUS BACK UP CAMERA AND IPOD CABLE BONUS"

How did you run your GPS antenna to the navigation. They mount it on top of the rear view mirror.

I installed my GPS antenna on the dash right over the area where the light sensor would be for auto headlights.
