Leather E Brake Cover

Any idea if the Emergency Brake is the same size as the 8th Generation, allowing the leather stitched cover,the one currently being sold for the 8th Gen. to be used on the 9th Gen. as well? I think they are pretty much the same size.

Has anyone tried this ?I think I am gonna buy one this week and give it a try. It looks like the same size E brake..I forgot to take my old one off the 11 before I traded it in...

There was one for the 8th Generation, I had it...I will try to post the link from this website where it is pictured and discussed. I was just wondering if the size of the Emergency Brake was altered in the 9th Gen otherwise it will fit.

It looks to be the same plastic ebrake boot as the 8th gen. Looking forward to hearing if this works. Thanks for being the guinea pig.

dont have my 2012 coupe anymore for an exact comparison.. but from my 2009 exl sedan to my 2013 ex coupe they are exactly the same lever... finding the part number for the setups would problably do it if they didnt change the part number just cause of the year.. but from what im seing ur good..

Ordered it, should be here in a few days...Will update and post pics as soon as I receive it..Pretty sure if I remember my 8th Gen Parking Brake shape and length, it is the same..

I can confirm that the leather E Brake cover fits the 9th Gen. Accord Sedan...Just got mine in and slipped it right over the existing E Brake...5 mins to ensure a good fit..pics attached...Looks good and matches the stitching in the seats...Very Happy with this...

Looks like the parking brake handle needs to be circumcised...

Can it be straightened out more? It looks so wrinkly in those pictures. Very nice overall though compared to the factory plastic. Thanks again for being the guinea pig.
