9th Gen Sound System - Need Advice

Apparently this is a popular subject. The "Premium" 7 speaker system in my EX-L is a joke. The options that I have been considering are (1) speaker upgrades or (2) Installing a DSP like the Alpine PXA-H800. From what I have read the trick is getting something to work with the ANC/ASC system. If anyone as of yet has upgraded speakers or installed a DSP please let me know what you did and the equipment used.

Thanks.

The Alpine PXA-H800. I was hoping to avoid disabling the ANC because I think it's a pretty cool feature. How much more noisy is the car when it's disabled?
