New 2013 Newbie

Just purchased 2013 EX-L 4 AT. Appreciate the help the board's provided prior to my purchase. I have had several Honda's and just sold a 2003 Odyssey EX L. Very impressed with the new car. This is a major step up from Honda's previous models.

Look foward to contributing to the group and learning more about the car.

Nice EX-L! I originally started looking at the EX-L but fell in love with the Sport and just bought my Modern Steel Metallic Sport this past weekend from Nalley Honda in Union City (South side of Atlanta). Where did you purchase from?

Glen thanks for the tip on sealant. I was on the Odyclub site and they got me into the clay method. I will not wax a car without first claying it now. When I sold my van that was 10 years old the paint still looked very good. I clayed it and waxed on a regular basis and car stays in garage. I am reading your post on paint sealant. I came from the old days of waxing cars so still reading up on this. Will likely give it a try as the results look pretty impressive. Will let you know how it goes

good deal....be a bit careful- depending on the clay...you can clay too much, if you really like to clay, use a lot of lubricant and use FINE clay - Pinnicle and Griots sell it...
